What should I expect on my first visit?
New clients will receive the new client special for facials or massages. Body Nourishment Wellness Spa is committed to providing our guests with a comfortable, professional atmosphere meeting the highest standards of massages, facials and body waxing in the wellness industry. Our message therapists are highly trained to ensure each guest is properly and modestly draped at all times throughout their services.
Do I need to make a reservation, or do you allow walk-ins?
Clients will need to make a reservation for each service. You can book through our website at bnwspa.com or call us at (424) 313-2932. Refer to our contact page for more information. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to complete the intake forms.
Where are you located at?
We are in the heart of Beverly Hills. We are close to neighboring cities such as Santa Monica, Culver City, West Hollywood, Los Angeles, Marina Del Rey, Hollywood, Century City and Westwood.
What is the age policy?
Clients must be 18 years of age to receive service. If clients are under the age of 18, they must have a parent or guardian present during their service.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you do not cancel your appointment or are a no show, you will be charged the full price.
Where should I park?
Parking is available on South Doheny in the parking garage. Parking is $2.00 for one hour with a validation. Street parking is also available if you choose.
Is there a changing/dressing room?
Yes, there is a changing location within the studio and a storage cubby to store your personal belongings.
What type of massages do you provide?
Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, sport massage, and hot stone massage.
What type of facials do you provide?
Brightening facials, anti-aging facials, acne facials, and hydra facials.
What waxing services do you provide?
Full body waxing is offered. All the way from your eyebrows to your toes.
Do you accept all major credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Do you provide gift cards?

Have you implemented any COVID-19 requirements?
Per the state and city regulations, Body Nourishment Wellness Spa is following all guidelines to ensure the safety of their clients and staff. Clients are required to wear a mask at all times during their visit. If the client chooses to not wear a mask, the service will be canceled and will be charged the full-service price. Clients will have their temperature taken upon arrival. If a fever or symptoms are suspected, the service will be rescheduled for another day. Body Nourishment Wellness Spa will require clients to wash their hands prior to their service as well to minimize the spread of viruses.
Body Nourishment Wellness Spa staff are required to wear masks and face shields at all times. Their temperatures are checked daily and prior to each appointment, and frequent hand washing is required. Staff is also required to have COVID tests completed twice a month in order to provide services. Before and after each appointment, a thorough deep cleaning is done to the service room. All commonly touched surfaces are sanitized per CDC regulation. We have also installed the Global Plasma Solutions Air Purification system to neutralize the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
